Our in-house event coordinator will work with you and or your wedding planner to help in creating the wedding of your dreams. Parking
We are pleased to offer complimentary parking for your wedding day; vehicles can be left over night for your guest’s convenience.
Coat Check
Coat check services are available when pre-arranged.
Cake Cutting
Wedding cake cutting service is available at a charge per guest. This includes, china, cutlery and napkins.
Confirmation & Deposit
Deposit of 25% is due upon signing to reserve your date deposits are non-refundable. 80% of the remaining balance is due thirty (30) days in advance of the event. The final balance and firmed numbers are due ten (10) days prior to your event and are to be paid in cash or certified cheque.

Stag & Doe
We know that your goal is to make money at this event, so to simplify the day, we have come up with a package that allows you to focus on entertaining your guests!
We will provide a 5-hour buffet so that your guests can always have something to munch on. Standard Buffet will include a selection of salads, assorted trays, and fixings for hot & cold sandwiches.
The London Ukrainian Centre will operate the bar and provide a credit per drink sold. You can use this towards your LUC wedding hall rental!
